Arrested and charged: Man leaves children at McDonald's for a strange reason
Georgia (USA) - Because he had to go to a job interview, a man from the US state of Georgia left his three children alone in a McDonald's branch. He certainly didn't expect what it ended up with.

24-year-old Chris Louis set off with his children from his home to the fast food chain, where he unloaded the three of them and left them to their own devices.
According toThe Augusta Press, the children, aged one, six and ten, passed the time in the restaurant's own playground.
Meanwhile, the father had left, but returned only a short time later to see if the little ones were okay.
After the brief check-up, the 24-year-old left the restaurant again to go to a job interview. However, the police had already been informed and supervised the children until Chris Louis returned hours later to pick them up.
On the spot, the officers confronted him about his behavior, whereupon Louis explained that he did not want his children to walk back home alone while he was attending his appointment.
Chris Louis receives support from ex-NFL player

The children's mother finally picked them up at the McDonald's branch, but Chris Louis was arrested.
This action made waves in the area, with a former NFL player stepping in to defend the 24-year-old. "A father trying to make money for his family. I know he shouldn't just leave his kids, but some people don't have the means to take care of them," wrote Antonio Brown on GoFundMe.
The ex-athlete has set up a donation account there to support the father financially. He himself has already donated 1000 US dollars (the equivalent of around 923 euros). "Chris was looking for happiness and sometimes people just need help," Brown emphasizes on X.
